Welcome to Green Clouds . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Green Clouds. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. 1. About Us Green Clouds is an Australian web design business providing: Custom website design and development Website hosting Website maintenance Website updates Technical support Website consultations 2. Quotes and Proposals All quotes provided by Green Clouds are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information supplied by the client. Changes to project requirements may result in revised pricing. 3. See Before You Buy Green Clouds may provide a preview or demonstration version of your proposed website before purchase. The preview remains the intellectual property of Green Clouds until full payment has been received. Preview websites must not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. 4. Payments Payment terms will be provided with your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed: A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and before the website is transferred or published. Hosting and maintenance services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of hosting or support services. 5. Website Content Clients are responsible for providing: Text Images Logos Branding materials Product information Any other required content Clients warrant that they own or have permission to use all materials supplied. Green Clouds is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from client-provided content. 6. Intellectual Property Until full payment has been received: All website designs Source code Graphics Layouts Development work remain the property of Green Clouds. Once full payment has been made, ownership of the completed website design and custom content transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Green Clouds retains ownership of any proprietary tools, reusable code libraries, templates, frameworks, and development processes used to create the website. 7. Hosting Services Where Green Clouds provides website hosting: We aim to provide reliable hosting with reasonable uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, cyber attacks, or events beyond our control. 8. Website Maintenance Maintenance plans include the services described in your selected package. Requests outside the scope of your maintenance plan may incur additional charges. Unused monthly maintenance requests do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing. 9. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide accurate information. Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner. Review website previews carefully. Keep login credentials secure where applicable. Delays in providing required information may delay project completion. 10. Third-Party Services Your website may use third-party services, including: Domain registrars Hosting providers Payment gateways Maps Fonts Analytics Email services Green Clouds is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Green Clouds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 12. Cancellations Clients may cancel a project before development begins.
